What I Did This Weekend?

My weekend has been a very good time.
On Friday after the visit to the University of Toronto my brother picked me up, and we went to Mississauga to visit his client. We came back at 6:30p.m.On Friday night, my husband went to his soccer; after dinner my son and I watched a comedy show so we slept at 10:00p.m.

On Saturday, we woke up very early to go buy a new car to surprise my husband for his birthday, after that we went to the sports bar to watch soccer.

On Sunday, I woke up very early, because we had a few guests for dinner. I cooked Persian food, and cleaned my house, I vacuumed and dusted. I did some home work about Friday's trip.

On Monday, I woke up and opened the curtains in my bedroom, I saw a lot of snow. I turned on the T.V, and heard news that school buses couldn't come on the road, due to that we stayed at home. I did some homework, then we shoveled snow, then I played with my son in the snow.We had a great time.

I hope everyone had a wonderful long weekend!!
Finally, I want say thanks a lot to Sonya because I learned how to write my story about the weekend.
Bye!

                                                       Friday's Trip

My friends and I met at the Don Mills Subway Station at 9:30 a.m. Unfortunately, the train was moving very slowly because the weather not good and the rails were slippery. We arrived at the University of Toronto at 10:45 a.m and met our teacher and classmates. This was the first time we visited the  Thomas Fisher Rare Book Library. Visiting there was a new experience for me and very interesting. I saw more than a thousand  hand-made books about science and  by famous authors.

Thank you Joseph for  interfusing us to the library.
